Registration for the 2024 season is now open! This will also include registration for the spring indoor sessions.

- When doing registration ensure you have the correct birthdays entered for your players as this will limit which programs you can register in. You will create a profile for each of your players
- Double check that you are registering for the correct city or town! If you don’t see it, click on “see more” at the bottom to see the other options
- Spring training registration will open at the same time and is a separate registration to click on so please add it separately to your basket. Please note, that spots are quite limited for spring training so it is first come, first served. If it is full, there will be a waitlist. Please note that currently there is no spring training for softball until we can secure coaches for the sessions.
- Requests to play with other people will be more limited this year. It can only be for one other player and the request must be reciprocated by that player as well when they register in order for it to be considered

- Once you are registered, you will get an email in April confirming dates for evaluations (rookie and above) and will get confirmation of your teams in early May. You should get a receipt immediately from the sportsheadz system to confirm payment.

2. Coach Registration We are still in need of coaches at all levels as without these volunteers our programs can’t run. No experience or certifications are necessary, but a vulnerable sector check will be required. We will run a coaching clinic early season. Please register as a coach at

When registering, please ensure you are creating a profile for yourself and not using your child’s or else we will have the wrong information (like birthdates) for the coaches. For all coaches who are registered before Saturday, you will also get early access for registration to ensure your players get a spot for spring training and the season.
3. Volunteer Recruitment We are in need of other volunteers, in particular convenors for all age groups. Please see this link for a job description.

4. Umpires We are also recruiting umpires! Training is provided. Umpires should be 12 years of age. It’s a great opportunity to make some money and be involved in the association. Visit here for information and registration:
